Live in the NOW, slowly, each small step at a time.
Release the past. It sucked - why think about it?
Embrace the future - don't be scared of what it brings because I know I CAN survive it.
Exercise more - body and mind.
Be grateful for what I have been given, not resent what has been taken from me.
Laugh more and enjoy the tiny moments.
Worry less. Anxiety will not change the outcome of my life, it will only make it harder.
