Exciting for him, because he finally feels like his sister and brother who zip around on their bikes.
Exciting for us because we get to see him interact with his sister and brother on their level, and engage in some typical summertime play.
Really happy, being pushed around by daddy
Really angry, having photo taken instead of being pushed around by mommy (Look at that face!! I beg of you to click on the photo and see it in more detail. He is yelling at me!)
Crocs duct taped to the pedals so we can just slide his feet in to keep them in place (in addition to the strapping around his chest to keep him sitting).
My view.
Every time he is on the bike he is learning more and more. The first day he could barely hold the handles, now he [almost] can with ease. If he gets tired and a hand falls off, he knows he needs to hold back on - all we need to say is "Two hands Ashy" and he reaches out shakily to do just that.
And not to leave this cutie out - he's pretty darn stoked on the big wheel too. His legs are still too short for the pedals but he can Fred Flintstone himself around like a mad man.
So cute. So happy. My little men.

A bike for Asher! That is so-o-o cool. Love the photos ...
