Big Kids, Big City

For Jordan's birthday last week I surprised him with a trip to Vancouver. For the night. With no kids.

Yeeeehawww! First time EVER leaving the kids for an out of towner (and only second time leaving the kids overnight).

The weekend was planned around the Canucks, but more importantly (yes, some things are more important than the Canucks) we got some quality time together.

The little kids, though sad to see us go, were angels for Gramma.

The big kids, though thankful for every minute away, were happy to return to those little angels.
